DescriptionThis is a COPY of the legendary Cybernary #1 cover by Nick Manabat. After his untimely death, his art was returned to his family. Although they have released some of it (mostly the Wetworks Sourcebook pieces and some random sketches) the Cybernary artwork is not for sale. Also, they never got this cover back as it was lost. I recently found one of the editors from Homage/Wildstorm and when buying various pieces by Brett Booth, Nick, Whilce Portacio, and Joe Chiodo, he had some of the backup copies of Nick's Cybernary art and this was included in my package. Great to finally see it, even if only a copy. Nick deserved a lot more attention on his art as you can see it was both heavy with the blacks and stunningly detailed. Since the original of this will probably never come to the market, I am glad to have this copy.Social/Sharing |
