Description

In my neighborhood Harvey comics were more prevalent than Dell I loved those books. Sad Sack with the creator George Baker doing the covers was a favorite. Baker worked at Disney, entered the army and created the iconic Sad Sack. Upon leaving the service the Sad Sack become nationally known and incredibly he continued to do the covers for years.

I was thrilled to get the cover to issue #1 years ago.
