On a day when I received some distressing news, I also received a scan which brought a smile. This stunning commission was created by the highly talented Paulo Siqueira and arranged by all-round nice guy, Joe Gonzalez of Comic-Art Ink!

Last year, I was chatting with Joe at his SDCC booth when I saw a fabulous 3 character commission which I enquired about only to be told that it was destined for Kirk Dilbeck's collection (lucky guy). I immediately asked if it was possible to arrange a commission and Joe kindly accepted my request but warned it would take awhile.

I received the scan today and I am absolutely delighted with the result! Once Paulo was able to start, he sent me some thumbnails with different layouts and then the finished product image arrived - superb! Big thanks to both Paulo for his creative vision and to Joe for helping make it happen :)
