I first noticed Jamal Igle when he was working on DC's Supergirl. I thought he had a nice feel for the character. In particular, I liked that he put pants under her skirt. Later, he had a Kickstarter for his creator owned Molly Danger, an all-ages book.
I bring this up to explain the piece that I got from him. Molly Danger vs. Supergirl in battle to the death - okay, maybe not. :)
A couple of things to note:
- Jamal made Supergirl a little older to emphasize the age difference. Though actually, Molly is much older; she just looks 10.
- Supergirl isn't sitting; she's floating.
- Supergirl has on pants under her skirt.
I mention the last point because the first time I met Jamal I thanked him for dressing Supergirl a little more modestly on his run on the book. He remembered. :)
I'm very pleased with this.
