When the government needs a job done, they call in the best, they call in Bloodstrike. An elite group of metas and efficient killers who accomplish their missions with deadly precision. Created out of Project: Born Again, Bloodstrike consists of Fourplay, giantess with four arms of terror, Deadlock, psychotic ex-member of the nefarious Four, Tag, the lassie with the freezing touch, Shogun, robotic killing machine, and Cabbot, their leader who has a mysterious connection to Battlestone, the leader of Brigade.
Bloodstrike consists of: Cabbot as leader with Fourplay, Deadlock, Shogun, and Tag. Their first mission: Blood Brothers Prelude, involved Cabbot lead his team to destroy the G.A.T.E facility to kill Commander Cobren. But Cabbot discover he soon have to face another enemy. His own brother, Battlestone. Continues in Brigade #1. This was the first appearance of team Bloodstrike.
Later on in the team's history the government added Chapel to the team (the only living member on the team). It was during Chapel's time as a Bloodstrike member when he shot himself in the head when he learned Al Simmons had come back from the dead as a Hellspawn. Overtime it was revealed that Noble, the teams government supervisor, was revealed to be a member of the cyborg conspiracy, The Covenant of the Sword. After Noble's death all of Bloodstrike met their demise, all except Cabbot who was renamed Bloodstrike.
