I have always been fascinated by the Goblin Queen; as a teenager when first saw her in the pages of X-Men I was mesmerized.

She's a mix of naughty and nice, and I believe deep down she represents the iconic male's sexual fantasy of a beautiful and deadly lover. She promises pleasures untold, but there is only death for anyone courageous enough to love her. And that shredded leather, OMG!

When I saw this piece on the auction block, I had to have it. Fortunately, it ended up being very (very!) affordable!
