Description

Another purchase at SFAL3. When it come's to Omar (who won the Gold Medal in the Unpublished Category at the Spectrum 21 Awards ceremony during the convention), you just can't go wrong: everything is wonderfully rendered and charming. The whimsy of this painting appealed to us so, of course, out came the checkbook.
