My son Brian Peck found this production cel for me from the Tom Terrific cartoon series that appeared on the Captain Kangaroo show back in the 1950s or 1960s. Not sure which episode this came from, but as you can see, it is number 13. Thanks, Brian! I still hope to find a cel of Mighty Manfred, the Wonder Dog, Tom's faithful companion, and of villain Crabby Appleton.

I remember Tom and Manfred. Gene Deitch came to Rory Root's Comic Relief in Berkeley when his Cat on a Hot Thin Groove book came out. We have the book at the Alameda County Library. He also gave a talk at San Francisco State.
