Description

This is one of a number of Pogo strips which centered around a two-headed Soviet space dog. The media kept publishing reports about the dog but never managed to actually see what they were writing about. Of course, Pogo saw him easily and often. I like the term Pogo uses to describe the dog as he pets it in the final panel.
