Description

This is a fun piece that I blame entirely on Todd Nauck (and users of statueforum). I liked the "Hipster" concept that Todd had been doing for a few years and was on a big Guardians kick due to the movie. I asked Todd to start off this Jam and he took it home and got almost no sleep for the con because he is the best. He exceeded all my expectations and I'm super happy with the colors and details he put in. That started a long process of me going con to con and begging people to take the piece on. I managed to get several fantastic artists who did what they could in a limited con time. Then, half a year passed where half of it was left uncolored. It drove me nuts so I'm lucky that I got it to Alex Sinclair who colored the back three characters. I'd like to finish it off with a Hipster Groot though if I find the right people I wouldn't mind throwing Venom and Iron Man in there as well. Mostly though, if I get Groot on there I'm going to frame it and be done with it. (Special thanks to eewwnuk for answering some questions about Jams!)
