Now I cannot get out of my head the thought of Sienkiewicz drawing George and the man with the yellow hat.

I don't know if this was ever published in english (I don't think so) but it was published in Spain in a book called "Terra Nostra". It's part of a 8 page "story" where there are quotes by famous people about our world and environment accompanied by 2 illustrations by Bill on each page.
