Description

(Jay Ward Productions) Cap'n Crunch cereal was introduced in 1963, along with it's mascot Horatio Magellan Crunch. The Cap'n commanded the ship the SS Guppy along with his crewmates Brunhilde, Dave, Carlyle and Alfie.

This 4-cel setup on its key master background features the Cap'n himself along with Brunhilde and Dave and a box of the cereal (part of this nutritious breakfast!). It's from the 1970s, most likely from the commercial "The Haunted Castle" from 1976.
