Wonderful drawing of The Amazing Spider-Man by the legend Jim Mooney.Jim was selling art at The San Diego Comic Con 20 years ago and I bought this from him directly.Beautiful detail by Gentleman Jim created with blue pencil. Jim was one of the nicest men I ever met.His art is undeniably beautiful.I believe Jim Mooney was the finest inker for John Romita Sr.Jim's own work was simply some of the best out there.

A classic, Michael¡¡¡ I love the work by Jim Mooney. I've never understood why this very undervalued. I personally love the stage made in the first issues of Peter Parker, The Spectacular Spider-Man, The Carrion saga for example.

The Carrion saga was a great series.I believe today the comic art world overall appreciates much more how gifted Jim Mooney was.One of the best artists and one of my favorites.

Mooney is very under-rated. And his inks over Romita, Sr. are sublime!
