Description

I was probably the only Marvel fanboy in the universe who liked Hank McCoy better when he was just a short, stocky smart guy with vaguely simian posture and ginormous hands and feet, and who liked Greer Grant Nelson better when she was just an attractive smart woman in a yellow bodysuit with a ginormous cat's head.

The fact that Hank and Greer later transmogrified into a furry fetishist's wet dream doesn't mean we can't remember them the way they once were. And I couldn't think of a better artist to take us on that journey down Memory Lane than Casey Jones, who flat-out rocks this scenario.

This is Common Elements #138. It was commissioned and completed at San Francisco Comic Con 2016.

It's also worth noting that, with his contribution here, Casey Jones becomes the 100th artist to lend his talents to the Common Elements gallery. My sincere thanks to all of these amazing creators who bring my dream worlds to life.
