DescriptionPublished in The Rocket's Blast - Comicollector 78 p 60 (RBCC from 1971). The lettering is the "rub down" transfer kind (e.g. Letraset). Years before turning pro, Newton was a regular contributor to RBCC. He was truly one of the greats that was taken way too soon. Me-yowww... Catwoman was created by Bill Finger and Bob Kane.
