Description

1992 convention sketch by Adam Hughes featuring Dream Girl (Nura Nal) of the Legion of Super-Heroes. When I got this sketch, the 1992 Legion Annual had just come out, revealing that Nura had put on weight during the five-year gap between the end of the previous Legion series and the new "Five Years Later" series. While there were some letters of complaint about the change, I liked Dream Girl's new look (particularly the fact that her attitude hadn't changed with her new body type), so I asked Hughes to draw the "new look" Nura.
