Dan Adkins & Bob Gould Fanzine cover

Ok everyone should know who Dan Adkins was and a lovely guy and a real loss to the world he will be sadly missed always.
Now for the illustrious Mr Robert Gould read up on him and not just his amazing work on Elric but his history of being an anti-government activist during the Vietnam War till he died in 2011.
Not sure on the publication details on this but was told it was a late 60's horror fanzine cover by another collector I know but probably less copies of it out there than there is original cover art to it.
