I saw this at SDCC 2017 and for three days I tried to talk myself out of buying it. Why you ask? Because I was going to be disciplined about my spending. I had already dropped a small fortune at this con and I vowed I would spend no more. My vow wasn't worth spit. In the face of this beautiful piece I folded like an Origami Tulip. It was love at first sight. I never stood a chance. CURSE YOU JAE LEE!!!! WHY MUST YOU BE SO BRILLIANT?!?!?!

This piece was on the cover of Advance Comics issue #67 and was a pin-up in issue #1 of the 1994 vol.#1 Hellshock mini-series. I remember pulling the comic off the shelf and just being wowed. Now I get to feel that way all over again every time I look at this piece. Just WOW!

Stunning. I think I also remember this as a foil trading card. maybe it was in wizard mag?
