Karate Kid vs. Fin Fang Foom by Doug Hills

This was the second commission I set up with Doug Hills, and of course it had to be a "Karate Kid vs." one! I gave Doug a variety of options on choosing an opponent for Val Armorr, and I was pleasantly shocked when he chose "He Whose Limbs Shatter Mountains and Whose Back Scrapes the Sun!" Yes, I'm talking about the one and only Fin Fang Foom! Doug's rendering of Fin Fang Foom here is nothing short of fantastic! I love his face, his scales, just everything! And check out the tiny yet fearless Karate Kid crashing through that window to deliver a flying kick straight at Foom's Fin Fang face! I also must point out the lovely shading Doug added here, especially with the background. I cannot thank Doug enough for this amazing commission!

A little known fact about Fin Fang Foom is that he is a master martial artist. The problem is that he is only experienced in using those skills against other giant beings such as It, the Living Colossus. Val has used his fighting skills against some very large opponents before, but not on a scale such as Foom. So who wins? Well, if Iron Fist can beat a dragon, why can't Val? Maybe he'll kick Foom's big teeth in and then punch him in the eyes? Sure, that works. :)

You know I love Val but he has his work cut out for him. Maybe a Secret Dragon Nerve Pinch Punch might do the trick????
