Ruben Pellejero and Juan Diaz Canales have been given the daunting task of creating new Corto Maltese stories, 20 years after Hugo Pratt´s death. Two albums so far, and I think they are doing a pretty good job, all things considered. This is page 14 from the second album Equatoria. It shows a clandestine meeting between Corto and a Greek nationalist leader in Alexandria. Light and shade effects galore!

Very nice page. I agree, they are doing Pratt and Corto legacy justice with the first 2 volumes. I am looking forward to seeing more and perhaps one day an English translation.
