This item is a blank cover variant edition of Green Lantern #13 (2011). On it is a hand-drawn, original art image of DC Comics' Hal Jordan Green Lantern as penciled by artist Rags Morales and inked (w/ minimal gray wash added) by artist Ethan Van Sciver, two fan-favorite artists familiar with the character and series. Rags and Ethan signed and donated this item to the non-profit Inkwell Awards at the 2017 New Jersey Comic Expo.
