Description

Not being in love with the cover to Spidey 2 and thinking the splash was much more dynamic than the actual published cover, I asked Bruce McCorkindale to create a variant cover for my Amazing Blue Beetle concept.

As always Bruce did an amazing job and is a pleasure to work with.

Interesting Blue Beetle switch on an idea I presented and had Bruce do for me in 2016 (as a story two Spidey splash transposed to a re-imagined cover idea). I supplied Bruce with instructions on what I required at the time, two elements of which he's carried on to your own piece (i.e. more heavily outlining the thought balloon and the caption box appearing between the legs).
