I also have a print with a Batman head sketch from Greg Capullo along one of the borders. Again, I felt like it just didn't live up to the glory, so I reached out to Danny Miki and he was happy to ink them in (albeit with a scan of the sketch, enlarged a bit).

He knocked it out of the park with this one! He printed them out on 11x17's and inked those heads at about 4-5 times the size of the original sketch.
