Wonderful page - it can be found in the latest English translation from Euro Comics IDW under the title "Constancio and Manolo" - Pg 233 of that collection.
I remember reading the Alack Sinner stories between '70s and '80s, and I really liked them... They all were published in Italy on the magazines "Alterlinus" and "Alteralter", then on "Corto Maltese". This beautiful page is from the 31 page story titled "Constancio y Manolo" published on "Alterlinus" in 3 parts, on July, August and October 1976... No doubt Muñoz is a true master!

I remember reading these stories in the 1980's as well. They were translated to Danish. Most comics back then were in color, but this work seems definitely designed for black and white production. When I saw Keith Giffen's work I immediately thought of Muñoz.
I think Frank Miller must have been influenced in Sin City as well.

A true master
Don't know how I missed this fabulous Sinner page when you first posted, but it's terrific! Every panel is a wonder. The design and staging set the mood perfectly, the incidental elements are all interesting and each item tells a story, and of course Munoz's faces are amazing.
