The Bulletproof Coffin #2 pp4 (2010)

Super panel from Hine & Kane's magisterial 'The Bulletproof Coffin', a gonzo love letter to all of the golden age comical funnybooks. I've loved Kane's work from Deadline back in the '80s and now a little of his weirdness is mine.

Good insight into Shaky's working practice, assembling pages from resized panels. The final panel insert is tiny, just 3 x 5 cms.
