You seein' this?
I didn't see it then, but I'm seeing it now. It's a great JRJR DPS, great comic book storytelling, and a great tribute to a classic Spider-Man moment. Wow!
SOonice! You definitely could've done worse as a first published piece...understatement, much?! Really dig the flow here from top left to bottom right from one of the best storytellers in the medium. Sincere congrats!
Thanks! Yeah I got pretty lucky with this one - I also love the flow of the panels.
And again, Wow!! JR Jr hits it out of the park with this incredible dps, and I LOVE the callback to If This Be My Destiny! That's one of the all-time greatest Spidey moments and it's right here in full force!
Yeah, exactly. The homage is what sold me on this, as it is one of my favorite comic moments of all time - very defining for me as a kid. The fact that it is Romita Jr. was the icing on the cake for me.
Wow, what an amazing piece! An homage to one of the greatest Spider-Man stories!
Exactly - and Romita Jr really killed it IMO. Thanks!
Can't gush enough about this one. Tells the story far better than a single mega-splash would have, and in excruciating detail. I think it's JRJR at his Spidey best. I want it! Congrats, my friend.
Thanks! If I ever look to sell it, I'll contact you first!
I love this issue, and this piece is great!
Thanks! Same!
Love the homage here, and of course JR's art! You can't keep a good Spidey down!
Exactly - one of my favorite Spidey moments of all time, homaged here by the great JRJR.
Wow!
How I feel whenever I look at it!
This is so awesome!!!
Such a great sequence! powerful!
Absolutely amazing piece.
The strain and anguish of Spidey in the final three panels is some brilliant sotry-telling.
Not just a Romita Jr. and Hanna double page spread, but one evoking the most famous moment in Ditko's run on the book. Big congratulations, my friend!
Wow! Wow! Wow! What an amazing DPS of one of the greatest moments in Spider-Man history! JrJr and Scott Hanna really put this one out of the park! Congrats for picking it up!
Wow, what a double-page spread of Spidey!
Drawn brilliantly by Romita Jr!
Loves the sequential art showing the never-say-die attitude of
Spider-man !
Congrats on this beautiful art gem!
