Description

A great page from a cool crossover from 1990. This was part one of a two-part crossover that continued into L.E.G.I.O.N. 90 Annual #1
Lot's of cool stuff here. Vril Dox (Brainiac 2) and Lar Gand (Valor, formerly Mon-el) and the L.E.G.I.O.N. team meet up with Superman. Lobo was running with the L.E.G.I.O.N. crew at this point, so we get him as well! Also featured is the Guardian James Harper, the Cadmus clone of the 1940's Jim Harper. Lots of goodness here.
Also posted a pic of the cover for this issue, since it is a great Gammill/Byrne cover in case you hadn't seen it before.

Fantastic page! Classic Gammill character work combined with wonderful Giordano brush strokes. BTW, the cover is Byrne's inks over Gammill's pencils (which meshed well IMO).

Cool page with 2 characters Gammill draws well (Sup' & Guardian). A bit less of a fan of his Lobo though I must confess.

You're not joking, this page is overflowing with goodness. I remember really liking thse Gammill issues. Can't say enough about how much Giordano's inks brought out the best in such a wide range of artists. This page is such a seamless blend of their two styles.
