Bagley Week, Day Four!

Mark Bagley went over to DC for a while (2008-2011) and worked on JLA and all 52 issues of Trinity.

I'm mainly a Marvel guy, but I do dabble in DC, especially when the 'Big Three' are involved. Since "Trinity" was an epic story centering around these three heavy hitters, I read every issue and really enjoyed the story and art.

This double page spread is one of my favorites from the series, as it features a nice, compact pictorial story (including origin plus other images) for all three characters.

You knw, I always said the Bagley to DC was a failed experiment, and I think the history bears that out. But although my own main criticism was that Bagley was unable to draw all characters as anything other than teenagers, this is the very first example where I can actually say the characters look like adults. A great origin related DPS too. Of course, leave it to you to own the one and only DC Bagley art I haven't disliked!

I love it that all three are featured in the upper right hand corner of their respective boxes. Cool piece!!!

Great spread man - gotta love the layout. The DC Trinity each gets a 3rd of the page :) Nice add to Bags week!
