DescriptionIn the middle of the pandemic, and distancing, and massive alterations to daily life and even large group events....I stumbled across the video for Foo Fighters' "These Days" and the official video for the song was a compilation of shots from their concert, live at Milton Keynes in the UK, in June, 2011.They played before 130,000 people and the video captured it all. It's a powerful thing to watch, and that's only magnified by not knowing when the next time anything like that size of gathering will ever be possible again. Here's a link to that video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YDVAQI-4lto So I chose "These Days" for the third of three Alex Riegel Foo Fighters/Dave Grohl evolution pieces. The words and music are powerful, with a mature Dave Grohl as frontman, but the setting for the official video only multiplies that power. Social/Sharing |

All three of these are excellent, but this one is the Grohliest.
