Hello To All my fellow art collectors. I sincerely wish you all a very prosperous and Happy New Year in 2021. God Bless you all.

The mystery has been solved. Thanks to another astute art collector, I now know these pieces were published in April 1998 in the "Choose Your Own Star Wars Adventure - A New Hope." book for youths, Christopher Golden and illustrated by Eric Cherry.

All I know is, when I saw these art pieces, I fell in love with them. For the love of the art. That's why I bought them. Thank you Anthony from Anthony's Comic Book Art for selling these to me. I reached out to Anthony by email during the mini con he hosted live on Youtube that was promoted by Bill Cox on Comic Art live. Great job Guys. We need more of these shows during these strange Covid times.

The art shows two illustrations.

Illustration #9 - Falling in the Garbage Chute Trash Compactor . Luke Skywalker is grabbed by the Dianoga trash compactor monster, as the Mighty Chewbacca, Han Solo, Princess Leia and Shorty look on in fear and worry. Check out how the Mighty Chewbacca is drawn with that infamous Wookie Lean as he Growls. The Artists nailed it.

Illustration #10 - The final duel of Master Obi Wan and Darth Vader. This is the most correct illustration to the movie of all of them. Master Obi Wan faces off with his old friend and apprentice Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader with Luke Skywalker observing in the background, creating a diversion for the heroes to escape. What a fabulous piece illustration. My favorite of the six.
