Jack Burnley Starman page from All Star Comics No. 9 (1942)

I always dreamed of finding an original page of Burnley's Starman, and I could hardly believe it when I learned that two such pages had survived. I owned both for several years, but I decided to sell one of them to help pay for who-knows-what at this point in time. But I do know one thing: Of all the D.C. golden age interior pages that I know to exist, this one is my favorite by far.

What makes this page even more special to me is Starman's pose in the second panel. Burnley used the pose in several Starman stories, and I always thought that was great. As far as I know, no other Golden Age artist used it.
