Description

Bid on this piece on Heritage auction on a whim and won it. I have no clue who the artist is and I assume this was a commission piece perhaps done at a convention by an aspiring comic artist who never made it big or yet to make it big.

It was just fun and friends and wife tell me I have an obsession with apes

Thanks to fellow CAF Member Shemp - He identified Val Semeiks as the artist. Oddly I have a great page by him and now I can see it is the same signature.

Val Semeiks is the artist. Best know for pencilling Lobo, the Demon and Conan.
