John Romita Sr. action sequences with the brush and razor articulates flow and strength of movement with each panel. Each one heightens the stakes and danger in this glorious page!
Thanks Marcus!
I keep waiting to have Burkey leave the comment "It's a DOOZY!"
Great page, love the inks as well!
Great piece from the GREAT John RomitaSr. Stunning!
Wonderful page. Romita at his best 🤩
Wow!!! Very nice page.
Spectacular action page, masterfully composed and inked!
Thank you Davide!
Just had to have a Romita Sr. page from the Captain America series of my youth. I am such a fan of his.
This one was a great page for me.
Beautiful inking done by one of the Masters!
Thanks David!
I agree. John Romita Sr. can do no wrong.
great page!
One of the best action pages of the issue! Romita at his greatest. Putting all the in all the details... backgrounds, scenography...
Fantastic Romita page. He did some great (and somewhat overlooked) work on Cap. A real dream piece!
Thanks Gene!
Romita's work on Cap is my personal favorite of his work.
Great Cap action page by Romita Sr. at his 100% best!!! Congrats!!
Some killer action scene storytelling by the incomparable JRSR! That 4th panel is tops! Congrats!
I love them all Khalil, but have to say that the second panel where the Falcon swings the fire is my favorite of the bunch! As mentioned in the description that original costume of Sam Wilson is how I will always see him.
If the timing was ANY different I never could have afforded to add any Romita Sr. page into my collection. Grateful for this one.
Cap #143 is one of my favorite stories between #100 and #200. Romita was perfect for Captain America. His story telling and dynamism on this page are quite engaging. I echo Marcus's comment about Romita's use of the razor for the lines of movement. I also love the 1970's dialogue. Congratulations!
What a great page with both Cap and the Falcon from a fabulous story! I loved the story and Romita Sr.'s art on Cap. Your description is good read and covers all the angles. I also bought this comic off the spinner, although I don't know recall whether it was at our local 7-11 or downtown tobacco shop. Congratulations!
Brilliant storytelling, with dynamic angles and so much action. The dark inking makes the panels dense, enhancing the sense of the crowded and chaotic scenes. The composition in the last panel is superb.
Appreciate that Paul. Agree with everything you said. The last panel is indeed nice. I am always drawn to the second one where the position of the fire in that swing leads your eye perfectly through the panel. This is a page I truly love.
