DescriptionOkay now we are finally in the coloring stage. As you can see it's going really well and the harness and furry trunks makes it easier to concentrate on the flesh tone section by section. For this project I'm using Copics E11, E13, E15, E18, and E57 for deep shadows. The face will take some forethought, but thankfully the harness and sword are coming along great with C2, C4, C6, and C8 with C0 for highlights. I used to run around the house with that plastic gold sword all the time; I always wondered by the damn thing was gold instead of silver because it took away from the translation of celluloid to a physical prop. Im its rendering, I tried to give that Sword of Power a regal sense and, of course, THE POWER!!! Those squares on the straps are R22, R24, R29, and R39. I'll use the same for the symbol but might go with a darker color near the bottom of it to get that curve. I really feel this is coming alive and I'm already breaking down the pencils for Skeletor.
