Lots of information can be gleaned from this drawing.  The younger child comes from the outside with her bags to bring something to grandma.  It clues you in by the way her outdoor boots, head scarf and purse are all together in the picture when she is on a chair while Granny is on the bed.  The background mural / window also give us a sense of what their world looks like outdoors.  Nice organic pattern on the outer frame of this drawing where the little circles and zig zags aren't mechanical and drawn freehand.
