Yes, I can confirm. All are hand coloured. Not sure what was used though? If it was a mixture of inks & water colours? Looks like both to me close up. Nicely done whatever medium used.
Anyway, I bought them because I'm a fan of the show. And to be honest never realised a comic strip was done or read the Fast Forward Magazine in its day.?. My next project is to find the magazines the art features in. Going to be difficult task and detective work is needed as some pages don't have any information stating what year & issue number to aid me in my quest.. Oh, well? Wish me luck. I'm going need it.

Show and comic are both unfamiliar to me, but I see the appeal. Good luck!

The Allo Allo show was a BBC comedy series first shown in 1983 that followed residents of a small provincial French town occupied by a group of clueless Nazis. It's situation comedy on steroids.
The main character is Rene, owner of a cafe, whose stuck between running his establishment and foiling SS plots and winning the war. He's also a babe magnet and spends most time trying & failing to resist the amourous advances of the local women including one light-on-his feet German officer called Gruber who fancies him and wants to take him for a ride in his little tank. Funny as hell. If in the States might catch it on BBC America, can buy the series on DVD, or see some episodes on YouTube.
