Description

My favorite X-men are Gambit, Wolverine, Rogue, and Jubilee...I scored a page with 3 of them on it! I got this at a small con in Niagara Falls NY back in the mid 90s as a 14 year old. This, along with a commission was my first foray into the original art world!

John Hebert gave us great adaptations of classic stories that were also being adapted by the x-men animated series. It didn't have a cartoony look though. It gave us very tight and sharply rendered art by Hebert with the stories that appealed to the broader older audience and challenged younger viewers to catch up with the complexity presented.

Thanks for the comment. His art is so detailed and you would think that wouldn't work for the animated adventures but it simply creates more depth to the storyline, spot on.
