Another great score Paul! That one fits perfectly in your vast collection!
Thanks, James! I have you to thank for this one!
Interesting combo. Not sure I've seen Sal do any inking since the 70's. They seem to blend well together though. Impressive job on the bricks. And I like the highlights on the black parts of the costume.
Fabulous! Frenz and Buscema are a swinging team!
Beautiful Cover Mentor! She makes it look so sexy :)
The hand-drawn title/credits is every bit as cool as the main figure. Wonderful cover!
Great anniversary cover art. Iconic look used.
Outstanding cover!!!
Beautiful cover by a fantastic team of artists. Congrats, Paul
Superb
Love the bricks, needs more thigh gap!
So interesting to see the familiar mask, but a much more spider-like a pose - with a clever spider-isation of the left hand in particular. Clever layout, nice pick-up!
Sal woke up ready to crosshatch that day. I love the layout of this cover, and they way they drew in the title and credits. And nice Romita homage, too, with that pose and styling. Love it. Big congrats!
Absolutely superb cover to own from this run, and it is definitely in the right collection. Really stupendous!
Great cover, congratulations!
Great pick up!
very nice!
Another great Spidey get, Paul! I'm digging the upward perspective shot, and the blacks on her costume vs the hatching on the background brick wall provides a nice contrast for the eyes. And, IMO, it's hard to top lettering, particularly title lettering, drawn right on the board. Love that in covers and title splashes. Congrats!
OF COURSE you own this one. What a gem. One of the best covers of all time. Ugh, so jealous
