DescriptionGarth Ennis and Goran Parlov have created the most amazing Punisher stories and war stories, IMHO. This series combined these genres and pulled no punches. Here we see Frank Castle watching the results of the air strike he called in as the principle characters among his troops look on.A tip of the hat to Albert for a smooth transaction! Love the silhouette work, especially at the bottom of the page.

Parlov is THE modern Punisher artist as far as I'm concerned.

Parlov's inks are just so effortless. Feels like Toth but with a modern twist. Huge congrats!

This has me turn my head in alert. My Parlov response is trained behavior to look at Goran Parlov art more intently and see all the storytelling with ink shadow and some deliciously choice linework. The scale is given in the first panel and this along with the last panel leaves a white area open showing the blasts' bright intensity as they look on.

The inking is so strong and varied throughout the page. I love the blackout inking with lighting accents left to just kill that last panel, and the light inking to draw your eye to the middle panels, which lets their expressions speak, imo. As Kent said, I get a real Toth vibe from this, too. Beautiful work. Congrats!

Is this from one of the Dueling Dealers episodes? I was close to pulling the trigger. I am looking to add a Parlov page at some point. Nice addition!!!

Thanks for your kind comment! No, in fact, this is a different Parlov page Albert picked up after a major collector divested himself of a bunch of choice artwork some months ago. I wasn't able to tune in to that Dueling Dealers episode in real time, but I probably would have made a claim on the Fury Max page he sold on that show had I been watching live.

That's right, it was the Fury page. So tempted.
