Description

We are on the fast track to get Teela ready in time for the upcoming Ontario Collector's Convention. As you can see, the color rendering of the central figure is almost ready. The shadows on her face are a little deeper than the rest of the body because she will be beside a castle window, so yeah it will either be Castle Grayskull or the interior of the Eternos Palace. Like He-Man, it will be a hint of a background dissolving into the white like the central figure. I honestly don't know why fans don't like this redesign because this is a badass armor that is both strong and still sexy. Copics incorporated for the flesh tones are E000, E00, E11, E13, E15, and E37. A friend suggested I throw in a bit of shine from the part of the tiara on the cheekbone to both accentuate the gleam of the metal and get some 3D back into that side of her face. This was achieved with a hard lead Prismacolor white colored pencil. There still bits and pieces remaining but fingers crossed, champions, that I get The Captain of The Royal Guard presentation ready by Sunday. By The Power of Grayskull...
