Description

Mr. Leonardi was always a welcomed artist on many of my favorite books back in the day. His unique composition and atmosphere he applied to his art left an impression as a young reader. Uncanny X-Men #231 is easily one of my favorite issues with the legendary Claremont. I felt like a kid again when I met him a few years back and requested a sketch of this duo.

Leonardi's Colossus is very cool as he spots inks to show off the segments of shiny metal.

This is just dripping with cool. The brushed inks really add to the light of the piece.
