Gorgeous page by one of Marvel's all time great art pairings. Doesn't get much better than Colan & Palmer.

That top tier is amazing. Those three panels tell their own little story and are individually spectacular in terms of the energy and draftsmanship. Love this page! Congrats!

As a teen I lingered long over this page, and it wasn't for Dr Strange, or Wong, or Palmer's sensitive inks...

It's a masterpiece of the dark arts as Colan /Palmer dig deep into a day in the life within the sanctum. After a day of holding back the other dimensional mystical dark forces, a spent Doctor Strange retires to his chambers. But his Eye of Agamotto does not see all as Clea feels neglected. Her forlorn love for Strange escapes his look into14,000,605 futures. They treat this soap opera as tragedy and cast a pall over the page with tortured looks and gothic romance shadows.

can't go wrong with Colan/palmer Dotor Strange. it has a very errie/forboding feel to it. you can feel the dark magic. love how he draws Clea.

Such clever, vertiginous angles for the staircase. Even with Clea remaining in the foreground, as Strange moves further away from view she seems increasingly lost and left out, somehow receding from the narrative. Stunning page from the masters of the spooky.

Love the candle smoke image in panel 3 but even that artistic touch can't quite outshine the killer Clea in the last panel - awesome example!

Sweet Colan example, Bill. Got 3 key characters featured, and there's a nice storytelling flow from top to bottom. Love the wavy kind of lines in panel - makes for a strong organic quality, and perfect for this book. Congrats!

Always loved Gene Colan's work, with the Colan/Palmer Dr. Strange pages being my favorites. Back in the 1970s, I almost got to meet Gene. We invited him to be a guest at one of our OhioCon comic book conventions but time committments got in the way.

Every single panel here is great and the whole page just perfect. Not to mention how lovely (read: sexy) Clea looks!

Palmers inks on this page really look great! He had a way of reigning in Colans pencils, loce Clea on here too.

Highly beautiful panel art from the great Dracula art team in their prime period in the 1970s with an especially sexy drawn and superbly inked Clea, huge congrats!
