Description
Published 1997.
A double page spread which consists of mostly a large depiction of the starship Enterprise.
But I love the details and the inking on this page.
In this story the starship is about be engulfed by an alien creature and blasts it way free.

I actually see a cover, splash or dps of the Starship Enterprise as desireable, as it's the singlemost recognizable and important ship inside this franchise. The same can be said for Star Wars and the Millenium Falcon. This is really nicely drawn and inked and comes with a lot of drama and you can feel the fear of the crew as the ship quickly approaches what appears to be Japanese tentacle porn!

Oh yes! This is what we should strive to gain with Star Trek art! A fat slice of the Enterprise and her crew. Congrats!

You better check yo' self before Star Trek yo' self
'Cause I've Spock for my elf
I come real stealth
Dropping bombs on Klingons
Stuck squid arms
Do without one mother Zircher pencil in line
Show it with CAF post, always Star Trek show
And friends know, we got that double
