Description

All I knew about the character of Angela was that
I liked how Gaiman wrote her and Capullo drew her.
As it turns out, I liked how Pennington inked the
pages, too.

This is the first appearance of Callindra, the
upbeat and optimistic Angelic Attorney-At-Law.
She made her mark in the Angela miniseries,
continued practicing law in "Curse of the Spawn
#11", then disappeared.

Was she a victim of the Gaiman/McFarlane legal
battle over the ownership of Angela or is there
no place for a defense attorney in the Spawn universe?
I'm guessing it's a bit of both.

One of the earliest Spawn miniseries and the Capullo art was really exciting as he had already taken a hold of the main Spawn title so he has the confidence going into this.

I have the answer to the question posed in your third paragraph. Theres no defense for later issues of Spawn. Whatever happened to the energy countdown clock, Todd? He should have been back in hell by the second year at the latest. Nice artwork by the way!
