Awesome stuff from Malibu line of comics! This was early enough that they were also helping publish Image comics. It has that 90's super bursting composition with energy to spare! Indies like this were changing the game and being scooped up by the dozen!
This was, by far, my favorite Ultraverse cover. I think it's the only issue I kept when I got rid of the rest.
