DescriptionWonder Woman demands her lasso back from the young girl who managed to pilfer it from her. Blue line pencil roughs and silky black pencils from Ian Churchill. I’d wanted a piece with Diana in one of the recent pants-legged costumes. Wonder Woman vol. 4 # 43, page 17 (2015).The page is on tissue-thin paper, and was shipped overseas with no stiff backing. It was creased in various spots during shipping. I’ve flattened out a lot of the creases but you can still see some I have yet to have success with in the photos. Still, I liked the page enough that I didn’t want to return it. *Update* After two months, success with the bottom creases! I’m happy they’re gone because they ran too close to Diana’s face. Too bad about the creases. The art actually looks OK in the pics. But I'm sure it bugs you when viewed in hand. Regarding the drawing, it's pretty nice. What I call the "armpit POV" is a actually a good framing device and I'm surprised it isn't used more often.

I'll be satisfied if I can get the crease in the lower right-middle to be less obvious. The rest are now hard to see even in person.

A pretty nice page of storytelling by Booth with the layout and the main image complimented by some nice close ups! The smiles are handled really fine.

Gorgeous Ian Churchill pencils! He has a great style for Wonder Woman. And I love the different angles he uses from panel to panel.

Great faces throughout; glad the creases could be smoothed. Diana keeps her crime-fighting fingernails immaculate.
