Description

Had to grab a cover from the third part of Maestro's trilogy and luckily stumbled upon this one. Haven't read the book yet so not sure who this grotesque monster that the Maestro's battling is (my first guess is he's one of Subby's aquatic friends) but I really like Pacheco's clean lines on this cover. And any Hulk v Monster piece is always fun.

A mighty image for Maestro to go head on in struggle against the monsters of the underwater world! The tentacle monster reminds me of the Stage 3 boss in Contra, Gromaides.

Maestro Mash! (Wanted to switch it up a bit) This is a great battle cover by Pacheco. I especially love the attention to detail, like a little bubbles coming out of his mouth. And super tight pencils. Very nice score. Congrats!

you're right, can't go wrong with a good monster fight. but the way the last Maestro series went i give the Octopus pretty good odds he wins this fight ;)
