Batman vs. Man-Bat by Bryan Hitch

Holy smokes!  This just may be the best Hitch piece I've seen in at least a decade.  Utter perfection.  I mean, he really, really, has outdone himself here.  I can't imagine a single Batman fan/collector on this site who wouldn't be jealous of this spectacular piece.  Wow!

Holy Smokes!  We're all Robins today in awe of this piece that has the modern trappings of Hitch's artistry, but also the nods to the origins of Man-Bat with the catherdral in the back and the expressive Neal Adams styled drawing of him!

Holy smokes!  I'm with Eric - this is a SPECTACULAR piece of full-metal biblical proportions (okay, I'm with Nash, too :) ).  The poses are fantastic, the architecture is perfect, the lighting is stunning... but what I love most is the balance of the thing, with Man-Bat's wing on the left completing the "bat profile" of Bat-Man's cape on the right... and then a dash of the Bat-Signal to round things out?  Superb - simply superb.  MEGA congrats on this treasure.  Astonishing piece, and it must be great to get your CAF Best of 2022 finalist piece out of the way by June. :).
