I was a big fan of his work during this time period.

I'm a big fan of Steve Rude in ALL of his periods and this is such a brilliant example of his work. The composition, the spotting of blacks, the anatomy, the early 70's Kirby homage, etc. It's all truly of the highest calibre. I also love that Guardian and Dubbilex are there!
