The Cankor hardback showed up in all it's glory this weekend, and with it came this wonderful color sketch. Sketch is done with ink and copic markers. I have always loved the character design of Cankor, and this is a great example. Wounded and brightly colored, this Cankor has an extended fist and even the slightest hint of those signature wires. C'est magnifique!

I have also included pics of the package which included Matt's first book of collected commissions, titled “A Pile of Spent Microns”. Microns, your memory shall not be in vain. Also check out the sick Cankor card by Peter Scanlan! I highly recommend you find this book and read it. It is a labor of love by Matthew Allison and the time and effort that went into it clearly shows.

I know Matt's a BEAST with the B&W detail but didn't know he had it like THAT with the colors! I gotsta think about getting one! Congrats, man!
